The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a 10-15 minute walk from Lewes Priory Park. It was also very close to a beautiful garden surrounded by nature, and the stunning Amalfi Coast and Capri. We enjoyed having our breakfasts in the lovely garden.

Wow! What a surprise! This place had two great things going for it. the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get around and explore. the price was really cheap. Like, really, really cheap. I couldn't believe that I was getting such a good deal for what I paid. And just to throw in an extra bonus, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They were always there to answer any questions and make sure I had a good time.
Ok, so here's the downside. The room was a bit on the small side.

The guestrooms at Prochytea are absolutely cozy and comfortable. The premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspace made me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the soundproofing a little ineffective, but I understand others might not be bothered.

One thing I really appreciated about this hotel was its charming and cozy decoration. The general areas were beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and at ease in this environment. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with no long walks or stairs to climb. This made it convenient for me to enjoy the hotel's amenities and explore the nearby attractions without any difficulties.
For a better vacation for senior people, I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, a little more attention and assistance would have been ideal to ensure a completely worry-free stay.

The host was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay jaw-droppingly amazing. The rooftop garden was a mind-blowing green oasis where we enjoyed breakfast and relaxed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and close to supermarkets. The room was well-appointed and spotless, with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. We loved the option of cycling, canoeing, and fishing nearby. Plus, the fact that pets are allowed and they have air conditioning in non-smoking rooms was a huge plus. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We had a lovely stay at a B&B in Procida. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially considering our late check-in and early checkout. the newly renovated room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the ferry, Terra Murata, and the best restaurants in the small harbor. Procida is a hidden gem near Napoli, quieter and more peaceful than the Amalfi coast and Capri. Giacomo, the host, made us feel warmly welcome and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a fantastic rain shower. Breakfast in the garden was delightful, and Giacomo was always ready to help with a smile. We would definitely stay here again!
Was all great! 😊.

And the breakfast in the garden was simply delightful. The host, Giacomo, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
